Dr. Fatima Khalid

Assistant Professor

Biography

Fatima achieved 2nd place in her Bachelor's program among 210 students in 2013. She worked as a bridge design engineer and later joined NED University as a research assistant in earthquake engineering. Her academic pursuits led her to complete a Master's degree with a thesis on "Vulnerability Assessment of Masonry Infilled Reinforced Concrete Structures." Fatima continued her academic journey, earning a Ph.D. in October 2023, focusing on "Artificial Intelligence-Based Constitutive Modeling of Recycled Aggregate Concrete." Alongside her academic achievements, she has been actively involved in seismic assessment of various structures in Pakistan. Since 2016, she has been a dedicated lecturer, teaching various engineering courses, contributing to the field of structural engineering with her passion for education and research.
