Dr. Syed Salman Mobeen

Biography

Received Bachelor of Civil Engineering in 1992 from NED UET. Completed MSc in Structural Engineering from University of Alberta, Canada, in 2002 and then further completed PhD in Structural Engineering from University of Alberta, Canada, in 2021. Area of specialization are Structural Analysis of new and existing structures, like buildings & bridges etc. Strengthening & Repair of Civil infrastructures. Involving Supplementary Cementitious Materials in concrete to enhance its mechanical & Rheological properties as well as to address the issues of reducing carbon footprints involve in production of non-green components of concrete or cement.
